Lynda Margaret (Roome) Nickerson

On March 20,2024, Heaven gained an angel.  Lynda passed with her daughters by her side, knowing she was loved immensely and had returned that love tenfold to her family and friends.  She leaves behind her husband of 58 years Eric ("Joe), daughters Stephanie (Richard), and Christy.  Her 3 grandchildren Madison, Jordann and Justin (Hayley) were always the apples of her eye and she has left with wonderful memories to carry with them through their lives.  Lynda is also survived by her sisters Christine (Walter) Grabko and Shirley Taus of Oshawa, as well as her nieces and nephews and their children.  Lynda's family would like to thank Marge McKinnon, Lynda's dear friend, who spent countless hours with her while at Hospice Huntsville.  Heaven is a very lucky place to have this lady as an angel.   She will be missed beyond words and leaves us all with her favorite saying, " One Day at a Time , Sweet Jesus".  Arrangements entrusted to Muskoka Cremation and Burial Services, Huntsville, Ontario.  Cremation has taken place as per Lynda's wishes and there will be no service.  Donations in Lynda's memory to Hospice Huntsville would be deeply appreciated.  Thank you so much to the staff at Hospice for the care and compassion Mom received during her stay with you.
