It is with profound heartbreak that the family of Allan Blaine Murney announces his sudden and tragic passing on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Allan lived a life filled with passion, loyalty, and adventure. He loved spending time on the water fishing, hitting the open road on his bike, and being surrounded by the people who meant the most to him. Through his many years working in the quarry and as a diesel mechanic, Allan formed countless valued friendships and connections that became an important part of his life.
Allan’s greatest pride and joy were his daughters, Kaitlyn Murney-Beers (Jeremy Beers) and Sara Murney (Tyler Gabourie), who will miss him deeply. He is also survived by his cherished grandson, Kayson Murney, Allan leaves behind his siblings, Robert and Jennifer Murney. He will be fondly remembered by his nephews, Joshua and Tanner, his Mother inlaw Fran O'Meara. as well as his cousins, Shane and Adam, with whom he shared some of his fondest fishing memories. Allan will be missed forever by his loving partner, Dawn Lewis whom spent many memorable years with him.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Lori-Anne Murney (O’Meara); his parents, Oscar and Carolyn Murney (Newman); and his uncle, Douglas Newman. They are surely embracing him with love once again.
