Edward (Ted) Rivers

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ted  on Saturday  November 20th. 2021 at his home with his loving family at his side. He is the beloved husband  of Judy Rivers, much loved father of Christine Catford of Huntsville, Nadene Buck (Howard) of Orangeville and Jackie Pettigrew (Bruce) of St. Thomas.   He is the cherished grandfather of seven and great grandfather of  three.

He will be lovingly remembered by his neighbours and many friends.

As per Ted’s wishes cremation has taken place.  A family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice or  Huntsville District Hospital would be appreciated expressions of sympathy.

We would like to thank Dr. Mathies and the Palliative Care team for their kindness and care for Ted.
