Robert (Bob) William Dobson

Passed away peacefully in his 56th year.surrounded by his family.  Survived by his father, George Dobson.  Loving father to Jessica Dobson (Shane) and Cody (Courtney).  Beloved Grandfather to Wren.  Bob will be deeply missed by his brother John Dobson, Suzanne Donaldson (Paul) and Nancy Crooks (Michael) and his many nieces and nephews.  

Predeceased by his mother Beverley Dobson.

Family meant the world to Bob.  He was a loving man who loved with his whole heart and would literally give you the shirt off his back or offer a strong hug of support for those in need.   His love of history appeared later in adulthood when he became a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion in honour of his great grandfather.

A very special, heartfelt thank you for Bob's home care nurse Tracy Morris and to Andy's House (Sandra) in Port Carling for the tender care and generous support to the family.

To quote some of Bob's final words.  "I did my job, I made you all smile and laugh."

Celebration of Life to take place Sunday September 11, 2022.  1:00-4:00, at the Port Carling Legion, 4 Bailey Street, Port Carling.
