Rodney Jones

Rod passed away peacefully in his sleep on may 17, 2025, at the age of 78.

Beloved husband of Marg for 56 years, loving dad to Todd (Leslie) and TJ (Julie).  Proud Grumpy to Colin and Abby.  Brother in law to Donna (Ted-deceased) and uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Rod was an industrial millwright at Domtar/Panolam until he retired.  He then worked partime at Muskoka Millwriting and Machine.  He was always fixing something.

They retired in Tucson AZ for the winters where he loved to ride in the desert and pan for gold..  they had 15 wonderful years there.  He will miss the cocktail hour with all his friends.

Rod lived a good life and will be missede by allwho knew him, especially those who he loved to tease.

Cremation has taken place, no service at his request.

We would like to thank Dr. Rea and his great team, Muskoka Medical Pharmacy and their wonderful staff, Vital Aire and staff.  His most caring nurses and their teams!
