It is with great sadness that the family of Sandra Jamie Lenore Ingersoll (nee Crozier) announces her passing on August 1, 2021 at Andy’s House in Port Carling with her niece and sister by her side. She was in her 67th year.
Daughter of the late Lloyd and Mildred Crozier.
Survived by sisters Peggy Crozier, Donna Mortimer (Leonard), Marion Varley, Penny Nye (Doug Jadronik), Jill Thistle (late Paul), Candice Geddes (Grant), Jennifer Petendra, and brother Gregory Crozier (Linda) and the late Ted Crozier, Nick Crozier, Roger Crozier, Jacquie Crozier and Jeffrey Crozier.
Survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Sandra spent her whole career in the Health Care System at St. Mike's Hospital in Toronto and Gravenhurst Manor.
Her family would like to thank all of her care givers especially Susan Clarke her palliative care nurse who spent so much time with her over the last several months. Shannon and Tracy from Closing The Gap who tended to all of her personal needs at home as well as at James Street Place. The staff at James Street Place. Also the staff and volunteers at Andy’s House in Port Carling who made her last two weeks bearable by tending to her every need - Amber you were more than amazing – keeping her feisty and even smiling to the end and also Sandra, Chris, Donna, Sarah, Way, Sandra, Abby, Trish you were all incredible. Thank you!
In accordance with Sandra’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service at this time.
